The Schnecksville Fire Company Pavilion is a heated, enclosed building situated about 400 feet behind the Fire House and Main Hall.  The building contains about 6,300 square feet (60' x 105') of floor space including the stage area.  The pavilion is enclosed by 12 garage doors and includes restroom facilities and a fully equipped kitchen.  Rent includes the use of the kitchen, about 70 tables (2 ½ x 8 feet) and approx. 300 metal folding chairs.  A bingo machine and public address system are available for no additional charge.  Rates vary with the type of event and day of the week.  A free inspection tour can be arranged.  There is plenty of parking and the facility can be used for events of all types including picnics, parties, receptions, flea markets, auctions, camp outs, sales events and shows.  Company provided food service can be arranged.  Alcoholic beverages are permitted in the facility (with restrictions), and are the responsibility of the lessee.  Music and dancing is allowed until 11:30 PM.  Income from the rental of the facility benefits the Fire Company and Fire Company membership is not required to rent the pavilion.
